Sunday night: 8:20
- turned on TV to sunday night football/bowl selection show
- grabbed comp and mentally prepared myself for what was surely going to be an infuriating process
- uwbadgers.com, attempted to get rose bowl tickets waiting screen for about 45 mins
- facebook, im'ing about rose bowl difficulties (throughout this whole process)
- espn.com, blogs about wisco, football recaps, etc.
- fantasy football check, won my match-up and going in to the playoffs as the number 1 seed
- Bleacher Report, more killing time reading sports articles while waiting for badger tickets
- still on the uwbadgers waiting screen (9:05ish)
- googled map'd various routes to the rose bowl
- checked out my hotel again, Holiday Inn Burbank media center (classy huh?)
- finally got in to the ticket page of uwbadgers.com
- got denied tickets (9:21) trying to buy them for other people as my roommate already had me covered
- made generic, i'm going to the rose bowl status
- shut comp down, went out to celebrate
my night basically revolved around getting rose bowl tickets, after that happened i wanted nothing more to do with technology.
