Before this class, I had never heard of e-dosing, i-dosing or any other way to get high through the internet. After watching the 10 minute video of a black screen with a thin, red horizontal line through the middle compiled with spooky music, I was extremely disappointed with this new fad. After reading the comments by other users and their trippy experiences, I was expecting some kind of visual stimulation. Didn't happen. The one effect the video had was it slowed down my heart rate and almost put me to sleep. After showing the same video to my friends, we all agreed that it was a tremendous waste of time and not worth watching again. Maybe if watched in a pitch black room with noise canceling headphones, the effects might have been stronger, but who knows.
