It would have also been more interesting had the video gone into greater details about the cultural influences that shaped the internet, such as in the Abbet reading when she discussed the Labour Party's influence on the onset of Package Switching. The times that the video did mention cultural influences, such as Sputnik and the Cuban Missile Crisis, it seemed that the events were thrown in an attempt to show the Cold War, when it would have been more helpful to just have a quick section on the basics of the Cold War and USA/Soviet tensions.

History of the Internet
The video was a fairly good review of the major developments in Internet History, however the second half of the video became fairly confusing for me. It seems that the maker felt content to use dots and lines to explain technical terms, while expecting the viewer to remember what those technical terms, typically abbreviations, entailed. I found myself wishing that the narration would have gone into greater detail about the technical aspects behind new breakthroughs, especially the section on "Cyclades." Actual videos showing the technologies being used in real life would have been much more informative and engaging than the black and white dots and lines that were used. Overall, the visuals were neither clear nor interesting, which put too much focus on the sometimes vague narration.
