Jana Levinson according to Google

For all of you that are fans of "The Office," when I googled myself the red "Did you mean" words come up at the top of the screen and asked me if I meant to search "Jan Levinson." To clue everyone in that doesn't watch "The Office," Jan Levinson Gould was a character on the show that worked for the corporate office of the paper company and had an affair with Steve Carell's character. So basically all the initial search items that I found were concerning "The Office" and it took a little time to find anything about the real Jana Levinson.

After some digging, I found my social network accounts such as twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and my MySpace from 10th grade, which by the way had a massive amount of spam on it. I also found my name in the graduating class list from my high school that was listed in one of the local newspapers in 2007. Additionally, I found the blog that I kept abroad in Spain last semester and my mom's blog where my name is mentioned a few times.

Overall, I found out that "Jana Levinson" is a more common name than I thought. Having a name like Jana, I don't run into many people that have the same first name I do, let alone the same last name as well, so I'm never really confused to be someone else. (Unless you're Kim Sachs and always mix me up with the one and only other Jana that she knows.) It was interesting to see how many people I share my name with from all over the country.
