I thought the 'History of the Internet' video was a little dull. The narrator's monotone voice and the strictly black and white color scheme made the video seem quite long, even though it was only eight minutes. The most confusing thing that could have made the video easier to understand was the numbers that were being rattled off. If the narrator had stopped to briefly explain why certain dates were important instead of just shoving them in between acronyms that would have been better.
I did find the chronological format helpful because it progressed nicely. Also, even though the black and white scheme was a little boring is does mirror popular sites' simplistic logos and interfaces such as Google, Facebook and even Blogger [simplicity: Google homepage; two contrasting colors: blue and white (Facebook) and orange and white (Blogger).
This video may have been a little dull but definitely says a lot of the creation and development of the Internet!
