E-Dosing/ I-Dosing

Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDjOnQddaB4

I just got done watching the i-dosing video above. After hearing claims that i-dosing was increasing the likelihood that today's youth would start drugs, I have to disagree. I do not feel high. My initial thoughts afterwards were completely harmless and only a slight change from before. The video I watched was 8 minutes long and consisted mainly of fast, upbeat techno music. The screen was mostly black with a variety of colors changing shape and dimension. During the video, I tried to concentrate on the continually moving image. While normally this kind of image might have allowed me to relax, the upbeat music kept me in a much more attentive state which forced me to pay attention and made my mind wander. However, I was in no way "high". After the video, I felt slightly disorientated and a minimal resistance to walking around and/or standing. I felt as though my body was in a state of rest (since I had not moved in 8 minutes) but my mind was active. Despite claims that e-dosing is harming today's youth, I have to claim the opposite. I think the video was a good way to relax and it actually got me to stop stressing about exams and homework. Overall, it was a good experience although not a memorable one. I do not think I would care to do this again.
